Miso - mimasa

The strongest form of Miso (with the highest protein content (21%) and the lowest in carbohydrates (12%) and water (40%)) is primarily consumed in colder weather, diluted in vegetable broth.

Traditionally, Miso was used to strengthen the intestine and regenerate intestinal flora.

Made in Japan.

mimasa-miso

Dilute 1 teaspoon of Miso in a cup of hot broth. It can also be used to prepare delicious spreads by mixing it with Tahini (sesame paste) and water, or use as a seasoning for sauces. Do not boil in order to maintain all its natural properties. Refrigerate packet after opening.
