Avocado Spread with Hatcho Miso

Ingredients (serves 2 ):
2 ripe avocados. The juice of 1 lemon. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon MIMASA’s hatcho miso. 1 teaspoon MIMASA’s umeboshi paste.
Directions:
Remove pits from the avocados and sprinkle lemon juice to avoid darkening. Mash with the rest of the ingredients and a little water until the desired consistency is reached. Serve. Recipe courtesy of Montse Bradford
